We are playing around with the idea of having a royal feel, to the theme. Hence the name queen anne. ( possible titles, once upon a time in queen anne.)
We first went to cafe ladro and had 3 delicious cups of coffee, then we journeyed on down the main strip. We stopped and took some pictures are the two church's a baptist and a Presbyterian. The presbyterian church had this tree with mirrors hanging from it with scripture and christian quotes. Then we looked thru a few more places. Five spot ( we agreed we need to set up an interview with the owners because they change their theme every month for a certain part of their menus).
We also went to a chocolate place. (most expenseive chocolate ever!). Then we walked on down to kerry park, which is BEAUTIFUL! The view is so incredible, it captures seattle perfectly. It reminds me a lot of volunteer park actually. Then We walked down into the homes which are even more breath taking then the last. It reminds me a lot of this part of fresno called huntington blvd, the houses were similar each very different but still their was that sense of community. (aka kingdom haha).
After walking for a little bit we went into malorie's secret garden( don't remember the name of the park). Then we went to the bookstore and found out about the historical society of queen anne and looked through those books and decided to check a few out from the queen anne library on our next trip.
To do next time 1. call historical society 2. visit library 3. set up interviews
